Emil Scheibel distillery has always combined tradition and innovation. In the midst of the impressive Black Forest landscape, time is taken to produce Premium fruit brandies and spirits, liqueurs and whisky, true to the motto: "Good things take time". The hundred-year history of the family business has established us as an integral part of the German culture of enjoyment. Our spirits are far more than just drinks, they are the result of our commitment to quality and perfection. Scheibel distillery 's distribution network is broadly based and reflects the diversity of its customers. The products are sold in the lively bar scene, in upmarket restaurants as well as in traditional specialist shops and in our own online store. Specialist retailers play a special role, particularly in terms of the quality of advice and personal customer contact.

Although we are still in the early stages with it, we use whisky trade fairs to raise awareness of our EMILL. As part of events and guided tours, we offer interested parties the opportunity to get to know our unique production facility at the Scheibel Whisky Mill and experience it up close.
We see great potential in the restaurant and bar scene. Trends are being created there, and our products in particular can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. Whether pure, as a long drink or in a cocktail - the variety of flavors makes it possible. In view of the ongoing pressure to innovate in the spirits industry, it makes perfect sense to put our products at the center of attention there.
Our commitment to quality and innovation is also reflected in our new production hall, which we opened in 2023. This increased the production area by 30%. There is now more space for the production and storage of our products. Among other things, the mashing capacity has been significantly expanded to ensure that the fruit is processed quickly and gently. Energy optimizations, such as a heat recovery system and a 130 kWh photovoltaic system, have also been implemented. In a time of constant change, we value consistency: our striving for quality and our enthusiasm for the art of distilling. Every day, we strive to distil the best for our customers and surprise them with new worlds of taste.
