The Black Wild Currant Brandy is my absolute favorite. The aroma alone is a promise - like a summer's day in the garden when the berries are fully ripe on the bush. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a classic product in a new way. Williams brandies are normally drunk either clear or as a spirit with fruit extract. Our cask product really is a highlight. I also think the design is very successful, which is why it makes an excellent gift for fruit brandy fans.

The personal No. 1 of me and my family is the ALTE ZEIT Apricot Brandy. After dinner, everyone is already waiting for me to offer a Scheibel. And despite the large selection and many great products I have at home, the apricot brandy is definitely the unbeaten favorite with everyone in my family. It doesn't need a special occasion, apricot brandy simply always goes well and especially well with an espresso after a meal.

One of my favorite products is Edles Fass Hazelnut. This product has a great aroma, reminiscent of chocolate, and despite the 40% vol. it is wonderfully mild. The hazelnut is perfect for the fall and winter season, as a nice finish to a meal or with a chocolatey dessert. I'm a big fan of PREMIUM Kamin-Kirsch, especially because of the smoky scent that combines so wonderfully with the aromas of the cherry water. Then there are the pleasant woody notes that round off the whole thing perfectly. I like to enjoy it best in the cold season, cozy in front of the fireplace. The Kamin-Kirsch is really something special - an eccentric among brandies. It is unusual and surprising, but that is exactly what makes it so exciting. My favorite products mainly come from the slightly more tart flavors. For many years, the barrel-aged walnut spirit Nussler from the Edles Fass 350 series has been one of my favorites for many years. I really appreciate this intensely nutty product with its diverse tart and "earthy" aromas, especially in the darker months of the year. The Nussler is an unusual digestif after autumnal dishes, e.g. with game or mushrooms. I also like to sprinkle the walnut kernels for my home-baked nut bread with Nussler and leave them to infuse overnight before adding the nuts to the bread dough. My very favorite combination, however, is a sip of Nussler with lukewarm plum cake with walnut crumble. For me, this is one of the best late summer treats.

For me, our ALTE ZEIT Orange-Brandy is more than just a drink, it is an experience. As a fan of citrus fruits, I find this product irresistible - it is subtle, elegant and refreshing at the same time. For me, this brandy embodies what I would call "liquid summer". One of my favorites is definitely the Woodka from the Future series. I particularly like the vanilla note created by the barrel ageing, and as I prefer strong distillates, it's just right for me. Despite its 50.5% vol. it is surprisingly mild on the finish, which gives it a very special note. My favorite way to enjoy Woodka is with friends or to round off a day in style. It's perfect for relaxed evenings or special occasions where you want to celebrate the moment. I would recommend Woodka to anyone who likes a special taste experience. It is strong and mild at the same time and its balanced vanilla note, which only comes from the barrel ageing, makes it unique. Anyone who loves distillates with character will appreciate Woodka.

My absolute favorite from the "high-proof range" is our PREMIUMplus Gold-Willi. It tastes really nice and mild, very fruity, simply pure pear. When the rest of the family drinks Mirabell or Kirsch at the end of the day, I always have the Gold-Willi, which is also a visual delight with its golden color. I always recommend Gold-Willi, especially when it's on sale, because in my opinion it's simply a great alternative to the perennial favorites Moor-Birne and Altes Pflümle.

My favorite at the moment is PREMIUMplus Noble Raspberry. The product tastes fruity like raspberry with a slight acidity and a persistent aroma. You don't need a special occasion to enjoy this product. Noble Raspberry is a great way to round off a meal, but I also enjoy drinking a glass with friends or on the terrace in the evening to round off the evening. The products in the Edle Fass 350 series are already my favorites in the range, but the Williams stands out for me. The wonderfully fresh pear aroma is rounded off by the wooden barrel ageing and the result is a perfect harmony of fruity Williams and gentle wood notes. Especially when I walk past the barrels in the cellar at work, I look forward to a delicious glass at the weekend. I really like citrus products in general. With the Magma mandarin gives you the feeling of having summer in a glass. It tastes fruity, sweet and sour with a slightly tart note. Magma mandarin is something special that not everyone has in their range. I enjoy this product on many occasions: after a great meal, on vacation at the beach or on a warm summer evening on the terrace. It is simply perfect at any time and in any season - a real all-rounder. I would recommend Magma Mandarin to anyone. If you like citrus products, you've found the perfect product here. I prefer to enjoy the Premium Mirabell with a good snack - it's just perfect. After the meal, I like the Mirabelline - a little fruitier. It's now also a must with my friends - whether at a party, on a cozy evening or when we're sitting around the campfire in autumn.

I even use them in baking - especially when fresh mirabelle plums are available. For cakes, with preserved fruit or simply as a little extra for dessert.

Mirabelle plums were my favorite fruit even as a child - my grandmother often served semolina slices with preserved mirabelle plums. Maybe that's why it still tastes so good to me today. A brandy that is not only a pleasure for me, but also a piece of memory.
