Our salesroom in the Gold Distillery is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 1pm. The salesroom in the Scheibel Whisky Mill is open Friday from 1-5 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm. On Sundays and public holidays, our salesroom in the Scheibel distillery and Scheibel Mill is closed.
We offer tastings and guided tours at the Scheibel fruit distillery on fixed dates. Bookable directly via our online store. We usually publish the new dates in December/January for the first half of the year and in May/June for the second half of the year. In the Scheibel Whisky Mill we also offer events & tastings on fixed dates. Bookable directly via our online store. You can also find these under News on our website. In our online store, we offer value vouchers that you can print out yourself. Place the desired products in the shopping cart and go to the checkout. After payment, the voucher will be sent to you by e-mail. Printed vouchers with an individual value are also available in our showroom.
Vouchers purchased from us from November 2023 can be redeemed in the online store, in the Gold Distillery and in the Scheibel Whisky Mill. They are valid for bottled goods as well as for our tastings. Vouchers purchased before November 2023 can only be redeemed in the Gold Distillery and only for bottled goods. Please note that the vouchers cannot be offset against shipping costs.
We do not currently issue vouchers for tastings. Use our value gift vouchers, which can also be redeemed when booking tastings. To the product.

Depending on your own preferences, there are various places to stay nearby. In Kappelrodeck the Hotel Prinzen or the Hirsch (both within walking distance), the Rebstock in Furschenbach or Rebstock in Waldulm as well as the Pflug in Ottenhöfen. You will find further accommodation options in Achern and Sasbachwalden.
You can order as a guest at any time by simply going to the checkout. Alternatively, you can create a customer account. This is also possible in the check-out area or via the customer icon at the top next to the search bar. With a customer account, you benefit from not having to re-enter your address details every time you place an order and you also have access to your order history.

Store the brandies in rooms with a constant, cool temperature (e.g. cellar or wine cabinet). Brandies do not like light, so they should be stored away from light. The products should also not be exposed to the sun or high temperatures during transportation. Ideally, store the bottles upright. Further information on the subject of enjoyment can be found here.
Our products are natural products. There may be slight variations in taste or color. If you are not satisfied, please contact us directly. We require the following data to process a complaint: Name, contact details, batch number of the bottle, reason for the complaint.

Our number 1 in the range is the PREMIUMplus moor pear, which you should definitely try. Our apricot brandy from the ALTE ZEIT range is also one of our customers' favorites. See for yourself with a tasting in our showroom.
We regularly launch new products in limited editions. If you can no longer find a product in the store, it is probably already sold out.
In our PREMIUMplus range, colors are created through fruit extracts. Fruit is soaked in alcohol (macerated) and releases its color and flavor into the alcohol. This macerate is later married with a clear brandy or spirit. Barrel-aged products, e.g. from the EDLES FASS 350 series, get their color from being stored in barrels. For liqueurs, we work with fruit juices. At Scheibel, we do not use any artificial colorings or flavorings.
We currently offer the following payment methods: PayPal, Klarna purchase on account, Klarna Pay Now, credit card and Apple Pay.
The most common causes are incorrectly entered address details or an incorrect date of birth. Klarna requires correct and complete data in order to complete your order. Even small typing errors in the name, address, house number, zip code or place of residence can lead to the purchase being rejected via Klarna. Therefore, please check that all details entered in our store are correct and match the details in your Klarna account. If your payment is refused, we recommend that you contact Klarna customer service directly.
Cancellation is possible directly via your customer account. If an order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. Please refuse to accept the goods on delivery or send them back to us unopened. Amounts already paid will usually be refunded within 1-2 weeks.
From an order value of €95.00, we ship free of charge within Germany. Below this value, we charge a shipping fee of €8.50 incl. VAT. Vouchers cannot be offset against the shipping costs when redeemed.
We only ship to Germany as standard. If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an email to distillery and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and inform you of the shipping costs. Please note that additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community purchase) and/or duties, for example in the form of customs duties, may be incurred for cross-border deliveries and must be borne by you.
