Ingredients
4,5 cl Scheibel LUUY D’OR
2 cl Calvados
1.5 cl honey syrup (1:1 honey / water)
1 cl fresh lemon juice
Shake all the ingredients vigorously with ice in a shaker and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with candied ginger.
