5.5 cl Scheibel PREMIUMplus moor pear
2.5 cl fresh lemon juice
1.5 cl sugar syrup (1:1)
2 dash Angostura Bitter
1 dash Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitter
2 cl red wine, preferably Pinot Noir
Pour all ingredients except the red wine into the shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Double strain into a pre-cooled cocktail glass. Carefully float the red wine over it.
