Preparation

Emil liked freshly brewed coffee best with a shot of kirsch: put 1 cube of sugar in the cup, pour kirsch over it, pour freshly brewed coffee over it, add cream to taste and drink it as hot as possible. Alternatively, you can of course pour the kirsch directly from the glass of dark chocolate over the coffee.
