BACON INFUSED WOODKA
Ingredients
6 cl Bacon it’s woodka
1 sugar cube
3 dashes Angostura
Stir all ingredients in a double old-fashioned over ice
Garnish: fried bacon
Preparation
*Für die Bacon-Infusion: Fett aus 4-5 Scheiben Bacon auslassen (ca. 2cl für 0,7l Woodka). Scheibel it’s woodka und heisses Fett in ein verschliessbares Gefäß geben und in den Tiefkühlschrank stellen. Wenn das Fett gefroren ist, herausnehmen und den Woodka nochmal passieren. Fertig!
