Aromatic and fully ripe apricots from Styria are reinterpreted here in an old family recipe from the Scheibel distillery. The result: a taste firework in which each element has its place. Through the gentle and slow cooling fermentation of the apricots, while burning the apricot brandy in our distillery ,Old times' over wood fire and the following rest time develops this Edelbrand its special taste structure. The brandy is rounded off with Jamaica rum and cognac.
